On the 29th of May 2021 students from two classes: 2e and 2j together with our teachers Ms Roma Ociepa and Ms Joanna Wołkowicka took part in one of the tourist trip cycles. This particular one was to Beskid Śląski. These trips have a name of Zygmunt Łęski and promoter of these trips is Regional Section of a tourist organisation PTTK in Częstochowa.
Track of the trip was planned precisely and started with entry by a lift to Polana Stokłosicy (851 m above sea level). This place had breath-taking views and scenic mountain panorama. Next we went on a hike to the top of Wielka Czantoria (995 m above sea level). While we were hiking, thick fog appeared and we could barely see anything through it. After reaching the top, we had a moment to breath and prepare for further journey. Our next destination was PTTK hostel in Soszów Wielki (886 m above sea level). To get it done, we had to take a long way during which we faced a lot of various atmospheric phenomenons.
Several times we got caught in the rain, after which the sun always came out. After few hours of walking through forest and mountains, there was a storm with hail. When we got to the PTTK hostel in Stożek (957 m above sea level), we could rest and enjoy the view. After the break, we went to Wisła Łabajów, where our trip ended.
The next trip will take place on 12th of June 2021.
